Mrs Annie Richardson-Flanagan
TCRG
At Flanagan's School of Irish Dance, we are passionate about delivering motivating and high-quality classes to all of our students. Our founder and head instructor, Mrs. Richardson-Flanagan, has been Irish Dancing for almost three decades and is an award winning, fully qualified TCRG registered with The World Irish Dance Association. She treats every student with the same enthusiasm and is fully insured with years of experience under her belt. We believe that Irish Dance is more than just a form of exercise – it builds confidence, fosters discipline, and creates a sense of community among our dancers.
My Story
Welcome to my dance studio! I am Annie Richardson-Flanagan, an experienced Irish dance teacher. I offer a wide range of classes for dancers of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to World Champions. My passion lies in teaching the art of Irish dance, which I learned from my champion Irish dancer mum. As a violinist, I am also drawn to the exhilarating music of the genre. I am dedicated to providing my students with the best training possible, and I am always striving to improve my own skills. Completing my Teaching exams with the World Irish Dance Association was a huge achievement for me and I'm currently working on my TMRF Ceili dance qualification. I have dedicated my life to preserving Traditional Irish dance and sharing it with future generations brings me so much joy.
